I’m Selling My Loft (!!!)
The rumors are true, I’m selling my loft! It was the quest for this loft that got me writing this damn blog :).
Here it is, loft #201 at Trace Lofts.
It is the loft, if you’ve been looking to buy one, that you’ve been waiting for – a move-in ready south-west facing corner unit in a 1919 warehouse converted to condos in 2007. Situated in the heart of Pike – Pine on Capitol Hill, you’re at the epicenter of the hottest restaurants and bars. This loft has tall ceilings, exposed brick, original car decking ceilings with wood beams, exposed earthquake retrofitting, huge windows and reclaimed Douglas Fir floors from some place in Portland. A true one bedroom with a reclaimed elevator door, it also comes with parking and storage. Plus, no rental cap and only a 30-day minimum rental period.
Prior to listing I had it painted, updated the bathroom flooring and countertop and had it staged by our friends at Spade + Archer.
It pains me to sell it but it is time for new real estate adventures.
Listed at $725k we’re looking at offers on Tuesday, April 17th.
If you’d like to see it, we’re having an open house Wednesday from noon to 1pm and Saturday from 1 to 3pm.
Listed by Matt Goyer & Marie Nennemann – Urban Living. Photos by Mariana at Clarity Northwest and staging by Spade and Archer.
