Huge 70s A-Frame on Mercer Island

I have a soft spot for huge a-frames like this one at 5802 W Mercer Way since I grew up in a mid-80s a-frame :). (Here’s another a-frame we’ve blogged about.)

Built in 1972 the home has incredibly tall wood-clad ceilings in the living and dining rooms giving it a ski estate vibe. At 4,830 square feet, the his is a large house with five bedrooms, 3.75 bathrooms on a double lot that is over 22,000 square feet.

Priced at $1.895m, it is back on the market at a new price. We somehow missed it hitting the market last June.
