“Home of the Month” From 1957
Here’s another mid-century modern that feels like it too is right in the middle of the Arboretum.
2200 16th Ave E looks promising (it was home of the month in 1957 after all!) but looks like it needs a lot of work. 2,300 square feet, 3 beds, 1.75 bath on a 10,000 square foot lot.
Hard to get a sense of the floorplan though…
