Time for us to grow the Urban Living team! We’re looking to hire a full-time assistant to help me out :). This would be a great opportunity for someone looking to learn what it takes to be successful in residential real estate, or for a more experienced agent looking to support, rather than lead a team.
Who you are
- Extremely detailed: no typos ever! :)
- Customer focused: this is the largest transaction of our customer’s lives
- Resourceful: somedays you’ll need to accomplish the impossible
What you’ll do
- Buyer support: show homes, attend inspections and walk-throughs
- Sellers support: prepare listing presentations, handle marketing of new listings
- Transaction coordination: handle all post-mutual deal paperwork and communication
- Events: coordinate and support 9-12 events a year (happy hours and home buying classes)
Note:
- Must be a licensed real estate broker in Washington State (or actively pursuing)
- Evening and weekend work required
- We don’t have an office
- Your own car is required
