Hard hat tour of Infinity Shore Club
We recently got a peek inside the Infinity Shore Club, a 37-unit luxury condo building on the tip of Alki in West Seattle. After breaking ground in early 2020, the developer Vibrant Cities is aiming to complete spring 2022. So far they have 2 under contract and 3 other buyers close to signing.
As you can see, it is still very much under construction! The units we saw all had been drywalled but were awaiting finishes like floors, kitchens and bathrooms. Still, we could get a sense of the floor plans and views. Of course, the views are amazing, and they didn’t skimp out on windows and doors putting in NanaWalls.
Residences range in size from 1,150 square feet to 2,500 square feet with prices ranging from $1,150,000 for a ground floor unit to $5m for a penthouse. The unit mix is 13 one-bedrooms with dens, 16 two-bedrooms and 8 three-bedrooms.

1 bed, 1.5 baths | 1,157 to 1,169 | $1.15m to $1.85m | 1A, 3F, 4F, 5F |
1 bed + den, 2 baths | 1,156 to 1,565 | $1.62m to $1.85m | 2F, 3B, 3C, 4B, 5B |
2 bedrooms, 2 baths | 1,180 to 1,565 | $1.15m to $2.1m | 2H, 3H, 4H, 2C, 2G, 2B, 4D, 4C, 3G, 5D, 5E |
3 bedrooms, 2 baths | 1,707 | $1.65m | 1B |
3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths | 2,451 to 2,469 | $3.65m to $5m | 5G |
3 bedrooms + den, 3.5 baths | 2,168 to 2,210 | $3.25m to $4m | 2A, 3A, 4A, 5A |
Penthouses | 1,156 to 2,469 | $2m to $5m | PHF, PHG, PHB, PHC, PHA, PHG |
Every residence comes with an EV parking spot (wish all buildings EV’d their spots) with second spots available for purchase for $75,000 (on par with downtown buildings). They’ll also have a kayak wash station.
In terms of amenities, given the location on the waterfront, they’re going for the residential resort vibe and are one of the few condos with a pool; an infinity pool nonetheless! There’s also a rooftop deck, with presumably amazing views, but we weren’t able to get a peak from the rooftop.
I was pleased to hear Columbia Hospitality will be the property management company, they’re much better than the other large player in the condo management space.

Neat fact, there used to be two houses on the site and they preserved them by re-locating them.
