Gridiron is Back – Redfin Out, Erik Mehr In
I suspect not many people noticed, but Gridiron, the 107-unit condo building in Pioneer Square that will be done summer 2017, pulled their listings from the MLS two weeks ago after they parted ways with their listing agent, Redfin. Today, Gridiron is back on the MLS with Erik Mehr and Associates as the listing agent. Erik Mehr and Associates was most recently the listing agent for Vik Ballard, where they’re now 99% sold.
We’re guessing that the developer will likely be making some changes so we’re curious to see how they re-launch Gridiron given the huge success of NEXUS this past weekend.
