Longtime readers know I love modern, like contemporary and dislike craftsmen so perhaps it is surprising I kinda like this grand old 1920’s condo right next to Volunteer Park that has been on and off the market years.

Last sold in 2008 for $895,000. It has been on and off the market more times than we can count. It was last seen in spring of last year, delisted June 20th and back on a day or two ago.
