Florera, a Green Lake condo, Restarts Sales After a 7 Year Hiatus
Remember Florera in Green Lake? Built in 2007 by Pryde + Johnson, it completed right as we were entering a recession, at one point selling units for 35% off their original prices. After selling only 14 of the 59 residential units the developer sold the remaining units as part of a bulk sale and they were turned into rentals. It looks like those rentals have recently changed hands and the new owner is selling off the units.
So if you’ve been looking for a condo in Green Lake, good news, there is likely going to be up to 45 units up for sale! A few have already been listed:
#308 – $527,970 – 1 bed, 1 bath, 791 square feet – PENDING
#425 – $757,000 – 2 beds, 1.75 baths, 1,172 square feet
#409 – $477,000 – 1 bed, 1 bath, 692 square feet – PENDING
It’ll be interesting to see if they continue to sell them one-at-a-time, or do a splashier launch, putting them all up for sale at once.
