First Light Starts Closing

True to their closing notice, First Light, the 48-story 459-unit new condo building at 2000 3rd Ave, started closings yesterday after starting sales nearly six years ago.

We’re hearing they’re trying to close as many cash buyers as possible with financed buyers likely closing in early 2025.
