First Light – January 2023 construction update

Quick update on First Light, the 48-story 459 condo unit going up at 2000 3rd Ave in Belltown (3rd and Virginia). Looks like they’ve poured about 25 of the 48 floors and have a good amount of glazing (windows) in. Last I heard they’re aiming to be complete in 2023, but sure looks like 2024… The sales team says they’re nearly 65% pending.
