We’re taking a break from not blogging about new townhomes to feature a 3-unit development in Highland Park (south West Seattle) that caught our eye.
7782 Highland Park Way SW is the first of the units to hit the market and looks good!
Designed by Wittman Estes Architect + Landscape we love that it doesn’t look like every other new townhome out there by feeling more like a custom designed home (without the custom home timeframe and price tag!). The high ceilings in the living room, architectural steel, reclaimed wood, solid hardwood floors all lend to that.
