Fifth & Madison NW One Bedroom
While a surprising amount of new listings hit the market this “mid-winter break week”, marking what we believe, will be the start of the season, not a lot of “blog worthy” listings caught our eye.
Two that did though, were both at Fifth and Madison. The first, unit 1704 went pending in just three days, so fast we didn’t have time to blog it! It was a 1,211 square foot one bedroom listed at $889,000.
The other, unit 401, is 1,241 square feet and listed for
$750,000. It sits on the north-west corner with a view through downtown’s high rises of the Sound and it looks like you can reach out and touch the Rem Koolhaus designed Seattle Public Library.
Fifth and Madison was built in 2008 and is our favorite slender, high-rise condo building. Built LEED Gold, it has only 138 units, many with generous square footage.
