Fairview Shores in Eastlake starts selling
Fairview Shores, a boutique 5-unit lake-front community at 2370 Fairview Ave E in Eastlake has just publicly started selling.
Designed by the acclaimed Garret Cord Werner Architects & Interior Designers and developed by 47 North, it is unlike any other luxury development in the city.
Across the street from Lake Union, the homes will have amazing west facing views, and homeowners will enjoy a 2,700 square foot amenity area with lap pool and spa.
This site is a block south of our floating home at Mallard Cove, so I walk by it nearly every day on my visits to our local grocery store, Pete’s (also developed by 47 North), and look forward to this replacing the old office and warehouse currently on the site. Estimated completion is 2021.

Not surprisingly, my favorites of those floor plans (#1, #3 and #5) are the larger ones as they’re wide giving them a singe-family home feel. These would be a great alternative for anyone considering a downtown penthouse.
Note that all homes have private elevators, parking for two cars, and they’re burying the power lines for unobstructed views.
Listed by Jay Kipp at Realogics Sotheby’s. I wish all new construction followed their marketing lead and included 3D visualizations of every home available.
