100-Year-Old Exposed Brick in LQA for $155K
I am a sucker for condos with exposed brick and this 672 square foot unit in the Pittsburgh has more than most. The 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with all that exposed brickage was listed just days ago for $155K.
The Pittsburgh is a boutique building of 31 units that was built in 1907 and is located at 123 John St in Lower Queen Anne. It is only a couple of blocks from that new apartment building that is opening soon (AVA Queen Anne).
The Pittsburgh’s conversion from apartments to condos in 2007 did good things to the interiors. The up-to-date kitchen has gas cooking, stainless appliances, and granite countertops. And what’s not to like about the pedestal sink and subway tile in the bath?
Really, if you don’t mind the fact that this is a short sale and the unit is on the first floor, then this cutie could be yours. (Or this cutie which is also on the ground floor but has less brick, less square footage, and is asking $20K more — plus, it is not a short sale.)
