Exposed Brick at the Pittsburgh
I think this is the first “unit 0” that we’ve seen!
In the Pittsburgh, a lower Queen Anne building built in 1907, but converted to condos in 2007, this unit is a mixture of new and old. In terms of “old world charm”, we love all the exposed brick, impractical as it is from an energy efficiency point of view.
Listed at $325k, this is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit. It last sold “brand new”, in 2008, for $280,000. There hasn’t been a unit for sale in this building since 2014.
