New Event: Find out what’s is replacing the Cha-Cha
Wondering what is going to be replacing the Cha-Cha and is the subject of numerous articles and blog posts by the Stranger? If so, then you’ll be interested in the POWHat Neighborhood Association’s January monthly meeting:
DISCUSSION ABOUT THE PROPOSED MIXED USE CONDO PROJECT ON PINE (between Belmont and Summit) by Peter Greaves, from the architectural firm Weber + Thompson. Mr. Greaves may be joined by members of the project team. This informal discussion is intended to clarify community questions about the project and update area neighbors who were not able to attend the Early Design Review Guidelines meeting last fall.
It’s this Tuesday, January 9th, starting at 7PM at the Capitol Hill Presbyterian Church (formerly Westminster Presbyterian) community room, at the corner of Harvard Ave & Howell St.
While I may not be able to attend because of work, Carl an Urban Living reader, will be attending and writing up a report (reader submissions are always welcome!).
