Escala Chasing 100 Closed Sales
Last Friday, Rennie Marketing Systems reached out in email to say that Escala has sold nearly 100 units since reworking their pricing a little over a year ago. In addition, Escala has re-addressed pricing on select available units – which prompted me to call the sales office to get the details.
Last week, prices were reduced on 3 lower floor units:
- One 910 sf, 1-bedroom on the east side of the building went from $384K to $374K
- Two 1,607 sf, 2-bedroom units (one NE & one SE facing) went from as much as $699 down to $549.
According to Eric Mehor from the sales team, Escala has closed 83 sales so far with an additional 17 pending. Sales #84 and #85 are expected to close by week end. A much louder shout of joy will be heard in the form of a press release when Escala has officially closed on 100 sales sometime in the coming weeks (or even better, when they reach 40% sold at 107 closed).
Potential buyers can view Escala’s active listings here. And, for an insider’s perspective, see Matt’s photos and video from 2010 or watch baseball star, Tim Lincecum’s video tour.
Escala is located at 1920 4th Avenue in downtown Seattle. Its 31 floors contains a total of 265 units that are characterized by spacious, open floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and at least one covered, outdoor terrace.
