Edison Lists First Few Units on the MLS
Edison, the 51-unit condo part of the Neigbhorhood Collective, a group of 3 brand new apartments that converted to condos, just listed a few units on the MLS:
- #B05 – $459,950 – 527 square feet ($872 a square foot)
- #100 – $629,950 – 611 square feet ($1,031 a square foot)
- #207 – $649,950 – 603 square feet ($1,077 a square foot)
- #402 – $759,950 – 628 square feet ($1,194 a square foot)
They’re all one bedrooms, and no parking is available, but you’re in the heart of Capitol Hill and a short walk to Light Rail.
Edison kicked off with a reservation event a few weekends ago, but it was lightly attended. Now that buyers can see inside units we expect more units to sell but are still skeptical how much interest there is in wood-framed condos in the $872 to $1,194 a square foot price point.
Let us know if you want to check it out, we’re curious to see it in-person.
