The PSBJ has spotted early renderings of the “Chromer” condos going up at 1516 2nd Ave, First look: Seattle condo project designed to evoke mother and child.
Looks a little funky to me, but the gap in the two towers should provide a little relief to the west-facing owners at Fischer Studios.
