I really like this Columbia City home at 5031 43rd Ave S just built by Dwell NW.
I like that it has a garage (though don’t love that it is standalone), has a nice big deck, has exposed beams and uses wood all over the place. Plus it is 5-Star Built Green!
$775,000 for 3 beds, 2.5 baths, 2,400 square feet.
Update: I didn’t realize it at the time of posting, but they built a second house at 5033 43rd Ave. 3 beds, 2.5 baths, 2,750 square feet, $789k.
