Live/work fans rejoice. Here’s another one for you.

1512 Alaskan Way unit 010 hit the market yesterday and seems really promising. 2,000 square feet and in the Fix/Madore building. Since there is only one photo and almost no details we did some sleuthing and have figured out that this is commercial space zoned live/work with a full kitchen and bathroom with shower. Parking? 3 tandem parking spots. It is also for lease on Loopnet. $19/sf NNN.
