More Details on Nexus’ Release of 16 More Units
On Saturday at 11am Nexus, the new construction condo going up in the Denny Triangle, is releasing 16 more units at their sales center in Belltown. These units were previously large one bedrooms but they’ve been subdivided to create two units instead of one.
Plan HH-2, a studio floor plan on the 28-35 floors is 498 square feet priced from $544,950. No parking or stroage.
Plan II-2, an urban one bedroom on the 28-35 floors is 480 square feet priced from $567,950. Comes with storage. A parking spot is an extra $75,000.
Or they still have one bedrooms with den starting at $999k on the 37th floor, two bedrooms starting at $1.2m and three bedrooms starting at $2.1m.
