Corner Unit at Mosler Lofts

Word is that a Grammy nominated videographer (the one who shot Macklemore’s Can’t Hold Us video), is considering unit #708 at Mosler Lofts as a location in a film.

For $600k you could consider it as your new loft. We love that it is a corner unit with a ton of windows. Of course the Space Needle looming over you only adds to the ambience. It is nearly a thousand square feet, and only has one bedroom (makes it easy to say no to out of town guests.)

Bought new in 2007 for $540k it’ll be interesting to note what this ends up selling for.
