I really liked this contemporary home at 4337 SW Fletcher St in Fauntleroy when it hit the market December 3rd but it went pending before I had a chance to blog it. It is now back on the market so here it is!
Built in 1977, looks recently modeled, it is 3 beds, 3.5 baths, 3,320 square feet for $1,095,000. Last sold in 2007 for $1,300,000. Since it sold before that in 2006 for $780,000 it must have been remodeled in 2006/2007. Current owner is standing to lose some money :(.
