Condos Coming to 1516 2nd Ave?
The PSBJ reports that Urban Visions sells tower site near Pike Place to an apparent condo developer.
The site in question is 1516 2nd Ave and has been bought by the original owner of the Elev8 site, Plus Investments.
To be clear, any project there would be years away from completion!
