Just a heads up, that after over seven years at Redfin I have left. Now I can spend more time blogging and more time skiing!

You may have also noticed that we’re bringing on a few more writers to help me out and make sure we get posts up every day.

And as always, we’re looking for advertisers. This blog doesn’t really make any money, all the advertising money goes to paying writers so that you may enjoy it!

I own and manage Urban Living, a boutique Seattle and Bellevue real estate brokerage. I love lofts, floating homes, new construction, and mid-century moderns, but I will help you buy or sell just about anything!
