This house reminds me of the original Bauhaus building with its vertically listed number.  I love the perfect symmetry of the exterior and its succinct simplicity. It is newly built with 3 bedrooms, 2,25 bathrooms in a 1,701 square feet space and listed at $549,950.

There is ample space in the backyard in an elongated shape. Since it is directly adjacent to the dinning room and kitchen, it gives great accessibility to the kitchen for easy entertaining. The furniture staging leaves much to be desired, but nothing that can’t be fixed with a plethora of Eames tables or Kartell chairs.
