Central District Pre-Sale by Paar & David Neiman

Paar Development has listed another project, this one, also designed by David Neiman, is in the Central District at 922 14th Ave just blocks away from where I live.

I visited the Paar offices about a month ago and this was one of the projects I got a sneak peek at.

Unit #4 is 2 bedrooms, 2.25 bathrooms and 1,366 square feet and priced at $699,950. A really nice feature is that they put the parking underground so that instead of a concrete jungle courtyard, as is typical of many Seattle townhouses, they have a nice patio courtyard for residents. Plus each place has its own rooftop deck.

I’m biased of course, since I live nearby, but I think this is a great location. Close to Pike/Pine but quiet since you’re not in the middle of the action.
