The Emerald Overview

The Emerald is a 262-unit new construction condominium building located at 121 Stewart St. in downtown Seattle. Built by Create World and completed in 2020, The Emerald has one-, two- and three-bedroom condos ranging in size from 540 to 1,700 square feet. The building’s two penthouse units—at 3,500 and 3,900 square feet—are among the most refined residences in Seattle. The Emerald is one block from Pike Place Market and steps from the central waterfront. The building includes 63 parking spots below grade and was designed to LEED Silver specifications.

Per the developer, Create World, The Emerald is the product of inspired collaboration between some of the top minds in architecture and design, including design firms Hewitt and Susan Marinello Interiors.
