NEXUS Seattle Overview

Located in Seattle’s bustling Denny Triangle, NEXUS is a high-rise condominium building constructed in 2020. The 41-story, 389-unit building provides its residents with contemporary finishes and innovative home- and building-automation systems to streamline daily living. NEXUS offers studio-, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, as well as penthouse and skyloft properties. Square footage across all units ranges from 383 to 1,816, but the average home size is 726 square feet. Three full floors of the building, or more than 20,000 square feet, are dedicated to amenities including a rooftop dining area and lounge, media room, co-working spaces, private dining facilities, a pet lounge and run and more.

Yes, the twenty available units all include personal storage in the purchase price.

Nexus has underground parking and 1-2 parking spots are included in the purchase price of the new construction units still available.
