Bellevue Towers is Bellevue’s largest and tallest condo development.
Bellevue Towers is made up of two towers, one 42 stories, the other 43 stories, for a total of 539 condos. Not surprisingly, due to its large scale, they have every type of home available from studios, one-bedrooms, three-bedrooms and two of the most expensive penthouses to sell in Bellevue, one renovated in 2015 and looking truly amazing, it sold for $12m in 2018 and the other, sold just last year for nearly $13M.
Bellevue Towers was built in 2008 to a LEED Gold standard, the project cost nearly $450M to build, but unfortunately, the original developer had to give it back to their lender in 2011 due to the great rescission.
Plus Bellevue Towers has 17,000 square feet of retail space, and eight levels of underground parking.

I love Bellevue Towers! It is one of my favorite condos of the “aughts generation” condos in Seattle. Why?
