Rumor has it Macklemore is pending on a place on Capitol Hill which means one of these places. If I were him I would have bought the Kundig house on North Capitol Hill. Anyhow, if he falls out of contract, here’s another interesting place that just hit the market.
720 13th Ave is a contemporary built in 1979 close to Volunteer Park, possibly with some good views and it definitely has a nice big deck. At $1.2m for 3 beds, 3 bathrooms and 3,352 you’re going to have to budget some money to modernize this house. It last sold in 2000 for $875k.
