I would buy a home with a pool, especially this one, because it is a sweet 1964 mid-century modern with huge rock fireplace, exposed beams, original kitchen cabinets and the pool looks might sweet.
Priced at $900k it is 3,880 square feet (!!!) with 3 bedrooms, 2.6 bathrooms on a 8,000 square foot lot.
Offers are being reviewed Wednesday, November 8th, and no doubt, multiple people will likely want to buy a home with a pool even in November :).
