Buyers, Now is the Time

Were you frustrated by bidding wars this spring? Summer, might be good months for you. With so many buyers on vacation, you’ll face less competition. I for one, was surprised at how many homes, of the homes that hit the market last week, are still available past their offer deadlines today. 

Of course, there are exceptions. We bid on a townhome this week that was listed for $685k and it went pending for north of $750k.
