Two years ago we rarely blogged about Bryant or Wedgwood. This year, seems like everyday we’re blogging about a new modern place. And it helps that the area is going to become more accessible to the rest of Seattle March 19th when light rail service starts to the U-District.
So what caught our eye about 4516 36th Ave NE other than 3,067 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms on a 3,560 square foot lot listed at $1.338m?
We love the upstairs living room with deck that looks over the stadium with even a view of the Space Needle.
