Anyhow, this new construction home in Broadview has been on the market for about a month now so we’re late to the game in letting you know about it. (We were saving it for a day when we had nothing else to share :)). You can find it at 224 NW 107th St. $579,950 for 2,891 square feet. 3 bedrooms. 2.5 bathrooms.
Redfin agent, Collin Horn, recently checked it out and had this to say:
Corner unit. High ceilings on both floors. All three bedroom are on ground floor and two have large windows. Slight road noise heard in master and living room. Huge living room open to kitchen. Large bonus area overlooking stairwell. Good size yard off 3rd ave, but accessible only by front door on side of house. Garage is off alley.
