Brix opening tomorrow
I got the following email about the Brix presentation center opening tomorrow:
We would like to welcome you to our our Presentation Center and I just wanted to check in with you! Brix is an incredible opportunity that you have the chance to be a part of at the ground level. The spark of Broadway will come to fruition in 2008 and those who act now will benefit from the renaissance ahead!
I know you are interested in owning at Brix and want you to be able to be part of the first group to reserve a residence. You can select a home here at our Presentation Center, beginning Saturday, October 7th thru the 14th. Our Presentation Center will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you would like to reserve, you definitely want to choose this first weekend when we will offer the best inventory at the lowest prices. Please refer to the attachment, which overviews the opportunity for home ownership.
Please enjoy the new link below from our website ( it just went live!) You will find the floor plans for each residence as well as a floor plate, which will show you where each unit is located in the building. We are constantly updating our online Customer Resource Center, so visit frequently:

If you are ready to own at Brix, please come early to our VIP Preview and reserve your home, prior to our public release!

It’s really frustating that there is no preview period before reservations begin and it’s also frustration that they don’t mention how many units they’re releasing and how much is required to reserve a unit. Thankfully Ben and Wendy blogged that it’s $5000 but I think it’s unfair that agents and brokers receive more information then us consumers.
