My buddy Klaus from Redfin has a bright and modern condo listing in the UDistrict in the Park Modern building. A building that has been featured in Dwell and Seattle Times NW Living.
Unit 100E is 1 bed, 1.5 bath, 803 square foot place. Listed at $449k it is priced just a little above what it sold for brand new in 2007, which was $430k.
I like that is clean and modern but at least one of those walls needs to be painted a bright bold color :).
It is open Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 3pm.
