Remember those Escala penthouse shells?? If not, the story as we understand it goes something like this… Escala completed in 2010 (which turned out to be a bad time to deliver a lot of new condos…) and the developer left several penthouse units unfinished and didn’t list them for sale until 2017. Someone ended up getting a great deal on them and from the looks of it, sub-divided one, finished it, and has now listed unit #3101 for sale.
