We’re big fans of the Crawford, a boutique condo building on Capitol Hill of just 10 units built in 2001. Steps from Melrose Market and Linda’s, you’re in the center of Capitol Hill action, but not in a cookie cutter apartment.

Unit #201 there just hit the market for $608,000 which gets you a 1,150 square foot one bedroom, 1.5 bathroom place.

We love the nine foot ceilings, hardwoods throughout and high-end appliances. Looks like they did some updating the kitchen. Last sold in 2013 for $515,000, it’ll be interesting to see what it sells for now.
