Bosa is developing another condo building in Bellevue
The latest Bosa-developed condo in downtown Bellevue is planned for 201 Bellevue Way NE, along the eastern edge of Bellevue Downtown Park. According to a permit application filed with the city, the project, titled “Bosa – Park Row,” will be 21 stories with 144 units. The developer acquired the site about a year ago.
Puget Sound Business Journal notes that while it’s Bosa’s third condo building of this size in the area, it’s the first with this much ground-floor retail; the application documents propose 10,375 square feet of it, compared to less than 3,000 in another nearby development. The project site is currently home to the Park Row Shopping Center, a strip mall with a UPS Store, Yogurtland, and several other businesses.
The permit applicant is listed as Amanat Hossein, the architect behind both Bosa’s other downtown Bellevue projects: One88 and Bosa II, both less than a block away.
In Seattle, Bosa is developing the 58-story Civic Square building on a long-vacant lot in front of City Hall—that one’s being designed by James K. M. Cheng.
Park Row’s permit is still under review and there’s no firm timeline set for construction.
