What I like about the loft at Site 17 is that the bedroom has high enough ceiling to function as a normal room as opposed to some of the loft spaces where you have to crawl and crouch just to get to your bed. There is even a half bathroom on the bedroom level.

The 894 square feet loft is going for $439,000. The building has great unfussy modern design, 24/7 gym facility on site and the location for Belltown is great. The only thing is that the HOA dues seem a bit high at $498/month but I guess you are paying for convenience.
