It lists for $2,595,000, but considering that the public records say they paid $1,895,000 for the old house in 2005, it seems reasonable. Digging through the city’s DPD records on the property, it takes many permits and inspections to build on this type of property (surprise). They only kept the garage and partial basement foundations. The pool and the waterfront lookout are in their same locations. Since the DPD had photos of the old house, we’ll have some fun.
