Sadly we never got permission to blog this place but it is too sweet to not share!
3001 21st Ave S is a an old grocery store on Beacon Hill built in 1929. It is vacant now and looks like would be a great project to convert to a sweet live/work home.
The commercial space is 2,500 and I think the residential is 1,100 and has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. It sits on a 4,400 square foot corner lot.
