Beachfront condo Infinity Shore Club breaks ground, releases renderings
Infinity Shores Club, a resort-like luxury condo building slated for Alki Avenue, is starting construction at 1250 Alki Avenue SW, just across the street from the shoreline. Developer Vibrant Cities first announced the six-story, 40-unit project, which will be built by Walsh Group, back in 2018.
A U-shaped building allows the units’ glass-lined front balconies to overlook Elliott Bay without blocking the view from (of course) a central infinity pool, which feeds a fountain at street level. Behind the pool, a midcentury-inspired resident lounge doubles as a kind of poolhouse—and above, a rooftop deck with water and downtown views will have a hot tub and lounge areas. Other amenities include a dog wash, a car wash, and a “watersports gear station.”
Around the central courtyard, homes range from one bedroom with den to three-bedroom, ranging from 1,108 to 2,382 square feet, not including terraces. Price points are in the seven figures, starting at just below $1.5 million, with the fanciest homes priced at more than $5 million.
Renderings show both light and dark finish packages, both with dramatic black-and-white marble countertops and backsplashes. Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas have hardwood floors, some accented with fireplaces with a wood-grain finish.
The building is just down the street from Pinnacle at Alki, which is currently in presales and scheduled for move-in sometime this year.
