Barrel Roof in Madison Park
With the number of nice houses I post about in Madison Park (versus Capitol Hill) something makes me think when it comes time to ditch our loft we’ll be moving off the Hill….
Anyhow, the barrel roof at 1423 McGilvra Blvd E caught my eye last week. 18′ ceilings, big garage, 3 beds, 2.5 baths, 3,100 square feet and priced at $1.5m clearly out of my price range. Last sold in ’03 for $1.3m.
