It pains me when people take cool lofts and remodel them with contemporary bedrooms and bathrooms. But if you can look past that, look past the tiny photos, unit 703, a penthouse at the Banner Building, is probably pretty cool. Though not cheap.
1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, 1,555 square feet for $1,095,000. Looks like it might have last sold in 2005 for $975,000.
