New House in Ballard on 62nd St
You will either love or hate the non conventional angle in this house built by Noren Development. It offers an interesting angle that opens up the adjoining spaces of living room, dining room and kitchen but it also pose challenges to traditional furniture placement.
This new construction in Ballard with 3 bedroom 2.25 bathrooms with off street parking at 1,719 square feet costs $585,000. Personally, I wouldn’t be too pleased with the obstructed views by all the wiring outside but I guess with condensed residential living, it’s bound to happen to a few houses.
