Ballard home goes 66% over!
We hope you survived the bomb cyclone! Surprisingly, it was a non-event for us floating home dwellers, but it looks like it took its toll on Eastsiders. Not surprisingly, we didn’t see many new listings on the Eastside last week! And we likely won’t see many sellers electing to list their homes over Thanksgiving, so this week will be quiet, too. But for buyers, this is the best time of the year to negotiate a big discount. For instance, we helped our clients save $100k on a Mercer Island home that they’re closing on today.
Speaking of Thanksgiving, we want to take this moment to thank all our readers and our many clients we were able to help this past year. And to help give thanks to our clients and kick off the holiday season, we’re hosting a holiday party on December 7th at the Kraken Community Iceplex.
