Ballard Farmhouse Pending Already
In an illustration of just how hot our market is, the brand new $1.575m Ballard farmhouse at 2114 NW 67th St that everyone has been talking about, went pending in two days.
Fortunately I swung by yesterday to check it out for a client so I got a chance to see it. And I have to say, it was sweet. Of all the new construction homes I’ve seen this year it was the best. From the outside, sitting on a corner lot, you don’t have the usual modern rectangular home but a home with some character, and a porch swing! Inside, the builder says he designed the home as if he’d live in it and included many details that would normally be overlooked. Unfortunately they don’t have a photo of one of those details, the killer wine cellar, and I forgot to take one.
If you’re wondering where you can find the builder’s next project, he doesn’t have one yet but hopes to with the quick sale of this one.
